Terms of Service
Last updated: May 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Supernatural. They describe what we provide, what you agree to, and how we handle the things that occasionally go sideways. Read them once, keep a copy.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Supernatural on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.
The service
Supernatural provides cloud-hosted browser sessions, profiles, and related infrastructure. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing material functionality on which paying customers rely.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect a credential has been compromised. We will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction in which you or your end users operate, and with the terms of service and other applicable terms of any website or third-party service you access through the service. You may not use the service to engage in unlawful activity, to circumvent another party's security controls without authorization, to send unsolicited communications, to host or distribute malware, or to attempt to compromise the integrity of the platform itself.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the upcoming period. Usage charges accrue during the period and are billed after the period closes. Within your first 100 hours of product usage, you may request a refund — no questions asked. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice for paid plans.
Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you bring to the service. We process customer data only as needed to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use customer traffic content to train models.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Supernatural and licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the duration of your subscription. You receive no other rights, expressed or implied.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the platform or other customers. Upon termination, access ends and data is retained per the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
