Supernatural ("we") provides browser-as-a-service infrastructure. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We aim to keep it short and readable.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company, and any other details you choose to share. When you run sessions, we record metadata required to operate the service: session duration, region, browser version, proxy region, and aggregate usage. We do not record the content of pages you load through the browser, your form inputs, or your traffic payloads.
How we use information
We use your information to provision and run the service, to bill you accurately, to investigate abuse and fraud, to communicate operational updates, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer traffic content to train models.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we use to operate the platform — cloud infrastructure, payment processors, error monitoring, customer support tools — and only to the extent each one needs to do its job. Each is bound by a written agreement that limits how they may use the data. We may disclose information when required by law, after reviewing the request.
Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active. Session metadata is retained for up to 30 days for billing reconciliation and abuse investigation, then deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, isolate customer workloads, and rotate credentials on a regular cadence. Access to production systems is limited and audited. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers without undue delay if we become aware of a breach.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] from the email associated with your account.
Cookies
The marketing site uses a small number of first-party cookies for session continuity and aggregate analytics. The product dashboard uses cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers before they take effect.
